Seamless Band Heaters

The seamless band from Fast Heat offers an excellent high quality heater at an affordable price.

Both the inner and outer sheath are constructed of a high quality stainless steel, machined to give an H7 fit on the internal diameter.

The completely sealed construction minimises heat losses through the outer sheath whilst offering an unrivalled heater life due to its resistance to moisture ingress.

Typical applications include:-

Hot Runner bushes for injection moulding.
Plastic injection nozzles.
Lead and Zinc die casting nozzles.
Hot melt equipment.
Process heating.
