Typical Systems

12 Zone Heat / Cool Controller

• 3-Phase, 12 zone, heat / cool control system.
• All connectors on side of enclosure.
• All units VT4820 Heat / Cool Controllers.
• All zones use SSR for heat and cool output.
• 10 Amp, fused outputs.
• Individual zone switching.

6 Zone Heat Only Controller

• 3-Phase, 6 zone, heat only control system.
• All connectors on side of enclosure.
• All units VT4810 Heat Controllers.
• All zones use SSR for heat and cool output.
• 10 Amp, fused outputs.
• Front panel mounted output fuseholders.
• Front panel mounted output status neons.
• All SSR's mounted on heatsinks for maximum cooling.
• Rear panel mounted, filtered fan to prevent internal overheating.

Single Zone Controller

• Single phase, single zone, heat only control system.
• All connectors on front panel.
• Supplied with mating connectors.
• Uses VT4920, controller with 'fuzzy logic' PID control.
• 10 Amp, fused output.
• Silk screened front panel.

Three Zone Controller

• Single phase, three zone, heat only control system.
• All connectors on rear panel.
• Alarm output provides 240V for direct connection to alarm beacon.
• Alarms wired in parallel - Any alarm from any controller triggers signal on all alarm connectors.
• Silk screened front and rear panels.
