- PVC-p requires a cool gate area - excessive gate heat may cause stringing and part surface distortion.
- Small gate diameters are generally suitable.
- Gate vestige is usually neat, typical height 1/2 of gate diameter.
- Stainless steel bush body and manifold are recommended to resist corrosion.

- Find the bush size that most closely matches your required shot weight with your choice of tip and click on the shot weight to be taken to the technical data for that range.
- If approaching the maximum for a particular bush size, consider using the next larger size, especially if a long bush is required.
- Polymer grade, viscosity, fillers and part dimensions also affect the choice of bush. If in doubt - ask.
