Controllers
Over the past few years, Fast Heat have steadily built a reputation as a provider of on-site calibration and maintenance for a wide range of hot runner systems and temperature controllers from many of the leading manufacturers. The Fast Heat On-Site Calibration & Maintenance Service provides a convenient and cost effective method of complying with the Calibration & Maintenance sections of ISO9000 for our UK customers.
In addition to performing calibration of the specified equipment, Fast Heat also perform a full functional test and endeavour to repair as many minor faults as possible. Finally, we provide ISO9000 compliant certificates of calibration completed and bound at the end of the work carried out. For all Fast Heat controllers, we also provide copies of the latest documentation.
Equipment that has been subject to our On-Site Calibration and Maintenance service performs more reliably and operators tend to have greater pride in the equipment, leading to greater reliability, more consistent product quality and less downtime.
If you are interested in this service, please contact Fast Heat to arrange a mutually agreeable date on which a Fast Heat engineer can visit your premises and perform an audit of the equipment that you wish to be calibrated. From this information, a detailed proposal will be produced, complete with costing. Work can then normally be scheduled within 4 weeks of order.
