Elite Bushings

Although the Elite SV&LV are no longer part of our main product range, they are still available in limited numbers, primarily for spares, codes start with SV or SG.

For new systems, we recommend bushings from our current product range be used. Please contact Hot Runner Technical Support for assistance.

The Elite LV integrally heated bushings have been replaced with our new replaceable-heater Precision LV range, which offers size-for-size bushing replacements, and uses the same tips.

Although the Elite LV bushings are still available in most sizes, they will not be replaced as stocks run out, so a switch to the new bushings is recommended for both existing and new applications.

Sensitwin Bushings & Sensitip Probes

These product ranges have been discontinued for some time, although most sizes can be supplied as spares. For all new applications, we recommend that bushings from our current product range be used. Please contact Hot Runner Technical Support for assistance

Eurotherm Solid State Relays

Whilst still available if specifically asked for, these units have been replaced by a range from Vertex. This new Vertex range of solid state relays offer superior performance at lower cost and are available with an optional DIN rail heatsink.

900 Series DIN Temperature Controllers

A limited amount of spares are still held for this range of controllers. We can also perform a full service and calibration on these units. However, this range of analogue controllers has been replaced by the VD2000 series of digital temperature controllers. These offer higher performance at lower cost and ease of maintenance.

Symphony Hot Runner Controller

A very limited amount of spares are still held for this range of controllers.

This controller has now been replaced by the Pulse hot runner controller.
