FeaturesThe Cube 4 and 6 zone controller is a low-cost, easy to operate multi zone controller designed for hot runner control applications. Despite this, the Cube contains a number of advanced features, including: - • Automatic and Manual control of output power. • Soft Start ramp to set point to reduce temperature overshoot at set point. • Automatic load tuning—no manual intervention required to obtain accurate control. • Type J or Type K thermocouple input. • Interchangeable rear connector panel to accommodate different connector formats. • Simple 6 button operation, with automatic lockout for ease of operation. • Front panel indication of thermocouple failure and heater fuse failure. • Display errors for Open Thermocouple (OPEN), Reversed Thermocouple (REV) and Heater Open (COLD) • Recessed handles for ease of lifting • Rated up to 20A per zone • Internal high speed fusing for extra protection • 63A Mains isolation with individual switching for each pair of zones • Solid State Relays mounted on heat-sinks • Cooling fan fitted to increase life of internal components • Can be easily modified from 4—6 zones |
