Conductor Modular Controller

Conductor is the proven modular controller from Fast Heat. Mainframes are available in 1, 2, 5, 9 & 12 zone capacities with larger zone tools being accommodated with the use of multiple mainframes fitted to a pedestal.

15 Amp & 30 Amp modules are available and microprocessor technology enables each module to include such advanced features as: Automatic Earth Leakage Detection, Self-Tune and AutoComp.

Input sensor type is link selectable between Type J and Type K thermocouples.

Note: This product is gradually being replaced with our Pulse Series System Controller.

Special Features

Self Tune

Self tune of each zone applied to load to select optimum control parameters.

AutoComp

On the detection of a thermocouple failure, zone automatically changes to manual power at average of recorded power.

Options

System Pedestal

A pedestal is available for fixing up to 4 Conductor 9 or 12 zone mainframes to. The pedestal is supplied with a bottom tray and cable tidy hooks. Fixing mainframes to a pedestal makes then easier to move around the factory whilst the fixing angle improves usability. The pedestal is supplied unassembled.

Soft Start

Timed reduction of output power to remove moisture from mould tool, reducing potential for controller and heater damage.
