Flexicoil Heaters

The Flexicoil Heater’s Hermetically sealed construction prevents moisture from entering the heater, resulting in very long life and long term resistance stability.

The ± 3% resistance tolerance ensures excellent cavity to cavity repeatability within Hot Runner systems and is easier to control than heaters with a looser tolerance.

The element’s nickel sheath is much more efficient for heat transfer than the stainless steel or Inconel sheaths used by other manufacturers, which results in faster heat up.

Slip Fit Heaters

The new ‘slip-fit’ coil heater from Fast Heat offers a direct replacement for the Husky 750 series in many nozzle applications.

All elements of the heater have been designed to work together to give an efficient and reliable heater that correctly clamps to the nozzle. The inner sleeve is made of Nickel Plated Copper for maximum heat transfer to the nozzle, typically twice that of aluminium, whilst the outer sleeve is made of Stainless Steel 304 for minimum thermal expansion.
